A block didn't work.
We could have given more stars, but one of the three didn't work. The other two worked as expected and so far seem to be doing what I need - bought them for use in USB powered garlands. But it would be nice to have a third device to have on hand for other charging needs. I think for the money I paid two work units was a good solution.
