Review on 🌞 High Efficiency HQST 100W Monocrystalline Solar Panel: Power Your Off Grid Adventures in Boats, Caravans, RVs & More! by Rodrigo Harrison

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The panel produced 22 volts in direct sunlight and 18.5 volts in cloudy weather

I bought this monocrystalline solar panel for a solar generator to start my fridge during a prolonged power outage . Although I have not used it for my fridge yet, I have used it for a 150w ice maker with a 400w inverter and in bright sunlight the panel output was 22 volts in my charge controller. It provided enough power to charge the batteries while the icemaker was running. Even on a heavily overcast day, the panel output was 18 volts. The construction is solid. I took it on a recent hike and it came back without any trace of the bumps and bumps it had received from driving over rough roads without any special protection. Even in a shady spot with very little direct sunlight, it produced enough power to charge batteries while simultaneously charging multiple powerful 12V battery packs. The price of this HQST was significantly lower than other brands and it turned out to be excellent value for money.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
