Review on 🏞️ VISTERLITE Shatterproof Replacement Outdoor Equivalent by Joseph Marquez

I bought these as replacement bulbs for a light kit we bought a year ago. Some of the other lightbulbs are cracked. I'm not sure what's wrong with them because when I plug them into an outlet they are very dim. I had to move them to make them ignite like the others. I thought it was that particular outlet, but I've tried other lightbulbs with similar results.
