I actually bought these to use outside on the patio steps to lift my 6 inch pots up the stairs because I didn't want the water dripping from the pots to get on collected from my patio tree. to prevent stains and possibly mold and mildew.They still haven't rusted after 2 months outside and we've had a lot of rain.They do the trick and you can't beat the price for 6 of these instead of buying plant stands you can for the quantity, that I need can be expensive. I like their height as I didn't want anything tall but I need pots that are raised above the tree. They do the job and again the price for 6 was great. I'm sure they will be great candle holders and will last forever!
