1) Actually made in China. See seller information. 2) It's "skin", not skin. Skin-like plastic. Extremely stiff, very light. 3) The only metal part was the clasp, the actual "engraving" is just molded plastic. A simple magnetic test proved it. Just 1 star for a blatant lie. The only saving grace is that everything looks fine if you don't look too closely. Will go back and see the review on this seller.
