We bought this with the intention of using it for outdoor slideshows and thinking we could use it more for watching movies . Outdoor use didn't work as it was barely visible in the bright sun. But great inside! We watch movies on the big screen and the picture is bright and clear. Focus isn't perfect in the corners, but it's not noticeable when watching a movie from a normal distance (it's only really noticeable when you get close to the screen), and at this price point it's something you can imagine on a large screen look at this is great. We connected a Roku device to it (see images) and the USB port powers it.
