My son got a set of these when he was born, size 0-3 months. They were too big for a newborn but at 1-2 months I let him wear them as they fit well over his cloth diapers. He wore them for up to 7 months. Technically, he can even wear them over cloth diapers now at 9 months (provided they aren't *too* bulky), but they're tight and about 0.25 inches shorter than a leg, so they look a little ridiculous . But that's how long and roomy they are (a big kid might not wear them that long, but probably at least up to 5-6m). about his cloth diapers, and it's easy to twist your leg and let them "grow" like him. They're soft, not too big on the ankle, affordable, and come in a variety of colors without the silly solid-color patterns that I love. Maybe I'll come back later. They are huge but I love them.
