My kids love to make pretend foods and the ice cream shaped toothbrush seemed like something they would enjoy. Ice cream and cone are small. They are just the right size for children's hands. Silicone is soft and easy to clean and keep clean when needed. There are options for a regular toothbrush head or a silicone mouthpiece. My son now uses silicone. Swapping it out isn't difficult, although I'd recommend an adult do it. I love how this toothbrush is stored. I like the plastic dome (also a charging station). I think this keeps the toothbrush clean and ready for the next use. It's also easy to recharge as it has a blue base. This is a handy docking station for a child. My son likes to brush his teeth with an ice toothbrush. And if he's happy with the toothbrush, he'll probably be happy to use it. Vibration helps, but I think it can be used manually if the kid doesn't like that mouth feel.
