Like many other buyers, I received a defective item! ! The packer didn't even bother to close the lid. Photo #2: When I removed the product packaging, I found a razor blade where the previous owner had opened the product! Photo #3: Seam leak. This is most likely the reason why the previous buyer returned this item. Photo #4: An obvious seam error. The picture is blurry, sorry, but the defect is obvious. Defect - gold that is visible. Real stainless steel shouldn't be golden beneath the surface. One more note. The tip is sharp like a knife. This is a problem for two reasons. 1) You can easily cut yourself if you are not careful. 2) The sharp edge can easily cut through the plastic seal. which runs between the appliance and the water jug and exposes the glass or plastic with sharp edges.
