I'm 68 years old. I have little jowls on my jawline and a small pouch right under my chin. I read all the other reviews so when I got this I used it on only half my neck and jaws as a test like other reviewers. My go-to test for results was to look at myself in a mirror flat down on a tabletop to see how things were "hanging". Sure enough there is a result. The treated half was slightly less dangly than the untreated half. As one reviewer said, it's not as dramatic as a facelift but it is a good result and I'm happy. I like that it's dispensed by a pump.
