Okay I bought this unit in October and have used it less than I expected but it has come in handy many times. Sorry, Vine users shouldn't rate stars as their opinions are biased. Getting a free product takes away your ability to be truly impartial. My device is sent to Flir for service because the non-contact moisture meter reads over 20% in all designs while the fixed moisture meter reads zero. If the humidity is less than 7%, it is 0. This suggests a lower humidity. The device is durable and feels good in the hand. My clients love being able to "see" what I'm looking for before we open the walls. That being said, the IR camera is Flir's most basic offering, so I also bought the Flir One which has a better camera and when using it with an iPad, customers really enjoy the better resolution, as do I. I will update my rating after I receive my device. I actually wanted to give this place 3.5 stars before, but I didn't have that option.
