The only good thing about this product is the battery life. The thermal camera is of terrible quality and the humidity readings (whether pens are used or not) have very slow response times.

For $700 I expected it to work fine but so many false positives. It showed the moisture throughout the area the pro came in and made sure it wasn't there. I spent another 300€ for this

Works great indoors and out, you just have to be patient to learn how to use it professionally with the right methods. The instructions don't mention any best practices, just to find leaks on how to use the device's options and features. I had high hopes for this meter, I used it for a job taking moisture readings. I then fully charge the device and now when it turns on all I see is a blue screen. I really needed this counter for my job now that I am starting a new business. Now I have to wait for the return to be processed so I can buy a new meter. Revain Rally disappointed me with that

God I'm getting annoyed. I bought this for $1100. The thermal imaging camera looks terrible. You can use the $20 better quality app and I have several FLIR products. I can't believe I was so excited to receive this and was disappointed. No software to download reports so it was BS and the actual moisture meter on the back is very slow. I turn now. I had to return the first one I received because it didn't register the moisture level unless it was fully saturated, which is a problem with a moisture meter (!). The second has the same problem. A FEW DAYS AFTER 30 DAYS WE CONTACTED AMAZON AND THEY DIDN'T REPLACE IT. WE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND MFG REPAIRED THE UNIT UNDER THEIR 1 YEAR WARRANTY. THEY GAVE TWO EMAIL ADDRESSES WHICH DO NOT WORK FOR MFG. WE AWAIT FOR A CALL FROM MFG TO RECEIVE A CORRECT EMAIL OR REFUND. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME ON AMAZON THAT I HAD A PROBLEM.

Okay I bought this unit in October and have used it less than I expected but it has come in handy many times. Sorry, Vine users shouldn't rate stars as their opinions are biased. Getting a free product takes away your ability to be truly impartial. My device is sent to Flir for service because the non-contact moisture meter reads over 20% in all designs while the fixed moisture meter reads zero. If the humidity is less than 7%, it is 0.
