Review on 🎧 DuoTen Waterproof Bluetooth Headphones: Unmatched Sound Quality and Durability by Amanda Dunn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

**REDACTED REVIEW in Earphones

So edit my previous review, the customer service is fantastic! DuoTen contacted me and immediately sent me a new pair of headphones when they realized I was having issues and after trying them out I had NONE of the issues I had with the original pair. The headphones caught fire when swapped out and synced easily to my computer when paired. When I used them I had no jumps or buzz! I'm pretty sure I caught a broken pair last time and they're easy to replace! ------ --- -ORIGINAL OLD REVIEW: I've had a love-hate relationship with these headphones so far. Setup was difficult. For a very long time I couldn't get the left earbud to work at all (red light for charging, blue/red for pairing, NOTHING to pair/connect) and I thought I had a broken/defective earbud. However, after two reboots and fiddling, I finally got both lights to indicate charging with RED LEDs. THEN, however, I couldn't get them to connect to each other. Another half hour and reset again before finally going into dual connection mode and connecting to my laptop. When could I finally try them? You were wonderful! The sound quality was pretty good (over my Skullcandy headphones, under my Sony Wireless Pulse Elite headset which I've been playing games with), but they were also so comfortable and of such good quality that at times I even forgot I was wearing them would have. also had some problems. They sometimes make a crackling/static noise that's a bit annoying and makes the sound a little less clear. Also, one of my biggest issues so far is that both sides randomly disappear and then reappear. Or crash and disappear. There's no logic or reason for this and I thought maybe it's because they weren't charging enough, but I left them charging all night while I worked and when I came back they were still doing it. I'm not exactly a fan of "touch controls" either. I'm a bit afraid to use them with my phone as I will /surely/accidentally call someone. I'll give them a week or so and see if I can fix the problems. because I really want to like them! The case is also good, small and light, with magnetic closure. However, if I can't get them to stop cutting voluntarily, I can go back to the tangle fight and get tied up with ropes.

Pros

Cons
  • Can't remember
