I use this as my main handbag. I take it everywhere It packs everything I need into one place, and then I move it from backpack to purse and back again. I will even use it alone. I really love this back. I've been using it in general now and it's still working fine. I tore off the zipper ring, but who cares? Still works like a charm. Very spacious.
