GOOD NEWS from a happy customer We've all heard horror stories about terrible customer service. I want to tell a good story. I purchased a Motion Guard porch from RV LED Lites. I installed the light and it didn't seem to work properly. I called the company and the owner took the call! He walked me through several diagnostic steps and it was determined that the infrared sensor was faulty. We were due to travel the next day so he gave me his personal cell phone number and asked me to let him know when we were going home so he could send a replacement. I messaged him on Sunday evening and didn't expect a reply until Monday. Well he answered me right away and not only that, he took the time to arrange for a replacement to be shipped on SUNDAY evening. Early Monday morning I get a message that the replacement has arrived and I have been given a tracking number. Well, friends, that's customer service.
