The texture is great! Finally my pencil is non-slip and non-slip all over the screen! It really doesn't affect the quality of the picture from the screen. No refraction or scattering effects. However, the viewing angles are slightly reduced, but the effect is not very noticeable in normal use. The only issue I have is that hole alignment for the home button and camera is disabled. It's a little annoying, especially when you're trying to align everything to fit the lid, but I mostly managed to align it. The installation guide was actually very clear and easy to follow. Everything needed for a perfect fit has been provided and much of this can be reused with other products! For example, the tool used to firmly stick the lid to the screen and squeeze out bubbles is actually pretty durable, and I keep it for use with stickers and skins, among other things.
