This is a beautiful mirror but the main reason I spent the extra money on a backlit mirror was for the anti-fog protection. I only use a lot of hot water a few months a year, this mirror is equipped with cold water, so you have to wipe and wait to clean. NOT WHAT YOU PAY. I contacted the company for an answer as it took half a day to install. I do not want a refund or exchange, just to compensate for a defect or false advertising. In any case, the mirror is nice when installed via Revain, but I will also be reaching out to Revain for the quality of the product. I contacted the company who apologized and endorsed the product as I didn't. I want to go through the reverse exchange and install again. The company offered me a small refund. A very happy company endorsed the product and will be purchasing another mirror for another room. I would recommend this mirror and only this company Eason 4 stars is fog free just disappointing but nice
