I took it after 2 years of using the 4th series (I sold it a couple of weeks before the presentation of the 6th series). In general, very similar to the 4-series. The main difference in the always-on display is that it is brighter and always shows the time. But this is also a minus, because it feels like you have to charge more often than the 4th series. I used blood and ECG several times in the first days, now, of course, I have already forgotten. More like a toy. In general, my advice is that if the issue is money, then you can safely take either the 4th series (if you do not need always on display), or the 5th series.
