What can I say, the camera is not bad for the money. Moreover, it can be bought now for 25 thousand. They write that the camera is worse than 40D, 50D only because it is not made of magnesium and the speed has dropped, but this is not so. Yes, the speed has decreased by 1 frame in total, and that from this you will not be able to shoot dynamics. 1 frame is not critical. Regarding magnesium, I agree that the camera does not inspire confidence to the touch, but it depends on what to compare. Compared to the 400D, 450D, 500D and 550D, the 60D will inspire more confidence in terms of build quality. And in general, whether it is magnesium or plastic, the material does not affect the image quality in any way. If we talk about dust and moisture protection 60D, then it is clear that it is not bad. I had to shoot in the rain and in the snow, and oddly enough, nothing happened to him (Although I risked it). And this is despite the fact that it is not made of magnesium alloy. Follow the instructions and nothing will happen. At least if you don't like the 60D, you can buy a 7D or a used 50D, but don't forget that the 7D has an adult color measurement system (processing is complicated), and many beginners, without understanding photo processing in FS, will spit on their heads. They removed the white balance button, and why is it needed if most people already take pictures in RAW format. Photoshop will fix everything.
