The best part about this platform is that it integrates so well with Slack and all the other tools. You can have conversations in slack and then link that text into a page that is easily shared within the organization. I also love the way you can do assessments through this platform as well. It would be nice if we could also assign homework from these pages but overall it is very good. I haven't had any issues using this as an internal tool. We have been able to keep our employees up-to-date and provide them easy access to new content. The best part about Janison is the support. They are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. The program itself is a bit outdated, but it has made learning a lot easier. The program is not very user friendly, and takes a bit of time to figure out. I would recommend Janison to any business that is looking to learn more about their employees and their training needs. I am a trainer for Janison, and it has made my job a lot easier.
