I have never used nanoglass but after trying it I prefer it. I didn't find it very effective on cuticles, so I found rounded nanoglass with blunt and pointed ends. It turns out to be a complete set of nano-glass, which I now prefer to all other nail files. What I like is that this type of file doesn't get clogged with dirt, it just keeps cutting. Didn't wear it either. Easy to clean and I just flipped the UV-C sanitizer back and forth in a plastic clip holder for safekeeping. I like this nail file very much. For the price I'd say worth a try if you're looking for something better than regular nail files. The only thing I have is to complete the set with a round cuticle file and storage case. This will be a winning combination. Maybe even a gift set.
