Update: My computer randomly turns off while playing. I don't overclock. It appears to be an issue with the CPU cooling as the temperature stays above 100 degrees Celsius. So far the support has been great and sent me a heatsink and fan assembly. This was shipped from Canada but was sent on time and in a double box. Everything arrived safely, the properties correspond to those declared. I really liked the case from Thermaltake. Works perfectly. I've upgraded from a 2080ti and it's been amazing so far. It's currently impossible to find the 3080 in the wild, so I'm glad I jumped on it. Great price and great service from their support team when I asked for my tracking number.
