I was looking for some kind of charging station for some of my closets, bedroom and kitchen. I ended up finding them in my search and bought a pair to see if they were real or not. Like one of the customers mentioned below (Willwu), there's not much he can do. If you're not in a hurry, you can connect your tablet and phone. If you're looking for fast charging, all you really need is a tablet (or two phones will work just fine). I plan to buy some of these devices this Christmas as an extra gift for family members. It also saves a lot of space with a direct USB charging port, and there is no need to clog the bulky end of the charger. Region. The green background LED is always on to indicate that the surge protector is operational. I don't mind its looks and I suspect it can serve as a kind of night light. UPDATE 7/7/2013: I downgraded it to 2 stars because some of them are already broken. The jack itself works, but the USB ports are kinda fried? For some reason they don't work. I would be wary of overloading them, charging them too much, or charging them for too long.
