I ordered them for a project with my first graders. I thought it would be nice for her to have an actual necklace instead of using the yard or cheap rubber bands that usually come in jewelry making kits. They were easy to use and the clasps were easy for children to manipulate. However, the fittings on the necklace are too wide to fit standard (pony) beads. So to get them to work, I had to remove the extension chain, have the students assemble their necklaces, and then attach the clasp with my nails. They worked, but it wasn't exactly what I had in mind.
