The product has arrived complete and in brand new condition. It was exactly as stated in the insert. installed on Kawasaki Mule 410 Trans 4X4 with interior and windshield. The open clips allowed me to install on the roll bar, under the roof, and over the windshield mount. This is not possible with a closed loop cross-arc connection. I have tried two other mirrors and this is the only one that has worked for me. I'll update it after using it for a while but it seems very well made and the mount is solid.
