Literally the worst packaging I have ever received in the mail. The hat was simply thrown into a bag, all crumpled up with mail. Under the beak there are blisters in the seams in some places. The snap-on back of the hat does not stay fully in place. very cheap plastic. One last thing to note is the hat is huge, I can wear almost any snap hat, it snaps evenly and fits perfectly. This cap is snapped on with three holes over the pendant, the cap loses its shape and does not fit well when snapped on in this way. Return, I do not recommend buying.
