BROKEN ON THE FIRST DAY!

I literally got this in the mail at 5pm today and it's 9am and it's BROKEN. Doesn't erase at all. Why make something for toddlers that is very easy to break for $15? I didn't want to buy it at first because of the price and how cheap it looked and yes it is cheap.
