Very disappointed that there was no top and base in the pool collection!
The last set I bought was a matte and gloss top and bottom. I liked it very much! Imagine my utter disappointment when I opened the box and found that there were neither top nor bottom! How can I use varnish without them? I am extremely disappointed.
