If you have never tried a "ratchet strap" this is an excellent product to get you hooked. It is a high quality belt with a solid ratcheting mechanism. The belt locks into the buckle via a very sturdy clamp and this is great as it is very easy to adjust the overall length of the belt by simply trimming excess material from the 'end' of the belt that the buckle locks into this is my second belt of this type - it's hard to go back to a belt with holes once you've tried one of these. I wouldn't hesitate to order another one from them.
