The ease of use. The ability to use the online registration tool to add and edit user information. The ability to have the option of having a paper version for those who prefer it. I wish that it had the ability to have multiple forms of payment. I love how it is easy to add new users and edit information. I don't hate anything about this tool. It is simple and easy to use and I don't have to have someone there to help me with my online registration. I was able to add and edit information for my user accounts. It allowed me to have the option of having a paper version for those who preferred it. eply is very easy to use and set up. I think their customer service could be a little better. I had a question about a form and I didn't get a response for over a week. I sent them a message, but I never got a response. I would like to see more customer service options. Also, I would like to see more customizations for the forms. eply makes it easy for event planners to plan and manage events.
