Review on πŸŽ’ Ultimate Security Companion: PacSafe Venturesafe Theft Casual Daypack by Angie Baker

Not enough pockets or compartments

A few months ago I moved to South America and wanted a very reliable backpack as it is often filled with expensive items. It definitely checks all the drawers for security, although the main zip makes it difficult to install all the zips inside. Basically I am satisfied with the bag. My main gripe is the lack of additional pockets or organization. There is a spacious main compartment with a compartment for a hydrator/laptop and a small compartment with two compartments for a phone and wallet and exactly ONE inner zip pocket. Oddly enough, there is enough space under the sleeves for additional pockets, but they are not used. For example, there is no place to store glasses or jewelry. No dry bag or built-in rain cover. I wish there was a divider in the main compartment so I could separate a few things like a wet jacket or sandals. It's those little details that would make it the perfect travel backpack. My guess is they would add cost and convenience, but they wouldn't add security, and security is PacSafe's thing. But I would pay more for a larger organization. I recommend getting 2-3 lightweight waterproof zippered backpacks so things don't float around in the main compartment.
