Bought for my dearest friend in the world who owns a gift shop and needed an ethernet cable running through the attic of her 150 year old building. I'm a former network engineer who ended up in the hospital with a disability, so I was very happy to help. Just a little chew to do SOME tech again! (By the way, we paid a young skinny dude to run the cable, LOL). I chose it for her because it got great reviews and was recommended by Revain. It seems to be a great, well made cable. So far it's doing its job well! As it runs through the attic which gets hot in the summer we don't have to worry as the outer protection is very strong and the ends of the connectors seem solid. (Remember, the longer the cable, the more attenuation.) For our small business application, this works great, and you can't beat the price! Some things aren't worth spending a few dollars on. We strongly encourage you to go for it, although there are cheaper ones at Wally World. In my title I say to only choose the length you need because of the fading. 100 feet isn't a big deal for most applications, but getting by with a shorter cable is always better, especially when dealing with hot conditions.
