The colors of this dress are just as bright as the picture. The material is like thick spandex. It will be warm, not light. Although I was a bit disappointed. When I looked at the picture it looked like parts of the design were appliqued. They are only printed. So IMHO it's too expensive. All in all it's a pretty dress, heavy weight, good for cold weather. I just bought two. But because of the price, I wouldn't have bought a second dress if I knew there were no appliques in the design. If you are just looking for a light colored dress suitable for colder weather, this could be the dress for you.
