One size doesn't fit all
It's too wide for my body to hit BOTH psoas at the same time and I guess I'm not the only one. It's efficient to only use one side at a time, but I can do it with other common tools that are inexpensive. Bought for double sided. People are different, and the exact point of impact varies from body to body. For $80, design it to be width adjustable or it's just an overpriced, underperforming device that could be a lot better.
