These little easels are the perfect solution for me to display and sell small paintings instead of framing them. However, there is a serious disadvantage. Only about 4 of this pack of 24 were made to hold their shape when installed. In other words, they basically fall. A feature needs to be added to prevent them from pulling in the wrong direction when opening. I'm trying to find a solution as I now have 24 small easels which will be a problem for anyone who can get an artwork on it to sit on without falling off. Please suggest a way to make them more rigid and durable.
