I bought this primarily for Zoom calls with friends and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and set up. It also comes with a remote control that connects via Bluetooth so you can also take photos with your phone's camera. The ring light also has many modes: 3 different white light modes each with different levels of brightness and then so many different color light modes of rotating Multicolor -wheels to strobe to spot colors and changing spot colors. I'm not sure if I can use them all but I think I need to figure out how to use each mode! The entire kit is lightweight and easy to set up ready to use and technically can be powered by a rechargeable battery although this is not specified. The ring light has a USB connector for use with the power adapter port, so you can also use the phone charging port. It's definitely worth the money and a very versatile ring light for all of our media uses!
