I've had an armchair for almost 4 months and am already looking at new ones. The holes weren't aligned properly so the screw wasn't tightened well in the hole. It is important that the back of the seat is connected to the rest of the chair. It also squeaks a lot and I always have to apologize for the squeaky chair at meetings. I'll give it a 3 for comfort and the color is nice but otherwise probably not the best buy.
