This is without a doubt the best hand cream I have ever used. Normally my hands crack and bleed every winter but a co-worker brought this thing to my attention and this is the first winter my hands don't hurt. No blood, they aren't dried out or cracked and my hands are actually soft (which is weird for me as I'm always working with vehicles and looking after my horses, mostly doing things to keep my hands from getting soft and feminine ). The doll goes a long way, FYI.
