It is an amazing tool that helps in generating leads as it allows us to create as well as manage cases and activities from anywhere in the world. I love this tool mainly because its easy to use and gives you all options you may need right at your finger tips. I have never faced any problem while using this software, therefore I can't find anything that I dislike about it. ThriveCRM was started when google made it mandatory to start using g suite instead of other softwares available in the market back then. The best part about this is that it allows me to organize my tasks in one place. It also helps me manage my time better because I can see what I have left to do. Sometimes I have to add information manually but it's not too much of an issue. This software has improved our productivity. I'm able to manage all my projects and tasks at once. It has helped us to keep up with our work load and get things done efficiently.
