The first one was a bit defective, but then got great service. I received the exchange immediately and it's great. This is a very powerful, easy to use, great product with an extension cord and USB access. Everything is working well. I needed this as I'm in a place that has a lot of different devices and it was great to have this on hand. Many Thanks.
