Overall this is a very good product that meets my needs. Pros: Good height and solid bottom that doesn't move easily; Flexibility: Works with almost any laptop (no MAC required); - Quality: Very durable and very well made; - Bring a thickness adjustment tool. Cons (to be perfect): - Getting the laptop to stay in the middle is a little tricky but doable. One last note, not really about this product but in general: this product came with two hex keys which is great but there are many products that do the same thing but what do we do with the ones we already have (bought or shipping with other products). it seems like a waste by that.
