I like that it's easy to use, integrates with other systems we have - Paychex & ADP payroll. It has helped us streamline our hiring process by automating many parts of it including interviews. We've been able to hire more quickly as well since you can send an email out at any time rather than waiting until someone shows up in person for their interview. There are some times when there isn't much help available if you need something specific resolved or fixed. The support team doesn't always know about issues we encounter so it takes longer to resolve them. But overall this product works great! Streamlining my day to day tasks using HRNetSource helps me spend less time doing things manually and more time focusing on what matters most to me which is helping people find jobs they'll love.
