I am absolutely in love with this product and so happy I chose it after looking at everything on the web. . The doctor confirmed there was no sprain or tear (apparently I tore some ligaments or something) but it just wouldn't heal properly. I even wore braces for 3 months! Then a friend who was a sports trainer applied this remedy to me just twice with coconut oil and put sports tape on the injured areas instead, just for a few days and everything healed perfectly! Since then I no longer have to wear braces and have no more problems. However, his instrument was much more expensive (about $300!), which I can't afford, so I spent a lot of time looking for something similar but affordable. I also tried ordering a few different ones from other websites but they were small when they arrived so were very difficult to use. This item is absolutely perfect in every way and I just couldn't be happier! Especially since I've now injured my left knee lol. My understanding is that using it helps increase blood flow for faster healing and whatnot (you can see it all). And it really works! It's even better than a massage to find and smooth things out that you didn't even know existed until you drove that thing around. The size, shape and very slim design of this tool seems to be perfect for almost every part of the body. Even the neck and upper shoulders where most of us endure all our stress. By the way, I'm very sensitive and picky about everything that comes in contact with my body, so there are very few things that I would personally recommend or take the time to write a review as long as this one. So I think that says a lot! :)
