We have had this stool for 2 weeks now and it broke yesterday when my 35kg baby got off it after I was painting it at the counter. And yes, assembled correctly. I thought it was overpriced but bought it anyway because I needed a low stool that wasn't plastic. The wood is light and easy to splinter (the leg will splinter instantly). We also have a (higher) wooden IKEA stool and I can only say that the IKEA stool is definitely made of higher quality wood. will exist. It's packed in styrofoam and a useless little plastic box. The only positive thing is that it's a nice simple stool.
