Easy to use This is exactly what I need. The display worked exactly as advertised and I didn't have to cut open the meat I was cooking to see if it was done or not. I love that the display changes color so I don't have to know what temperature it is, the thermometer tells me it's done by turning green. The display is backlit and big, I can't wait to use it to make other dishes like sweets or drinks. I also like that it's waterproof. We grilled and left it outside when it started raining and it still worked great the next day.
