This whitening toothpaste really whitens and does it very quickly. After a week of use, I can visually see that my teeth are whiter. I can say with certainty that my teeth are getting whiter because I have a small discolored spot on one of my bottom front teeth. disappears within the first week of using this toothpaste. I'm excited. It's so nice to see my teeth/smile whitening. I also love that this toothpaste is made in the USA. I would like to point out that this black toothpaste is very different from any other toothpaste I have ever used. It took a bit of getting used to, but again the results are positive. I know activated charcoal, which is the main ingredient in this toothpaste. I used it orally in capsule form to help clear toxins from my digestive system, so this ingredient didn't bother me, but applying black paste to my teeth did. This was an unnecessary concern, this is a good whitening product.
