This is a terrible regulator! After connecting the regulator for the first time, we had plenty of water pressure. After 36-48 hours, the pressure slowly drops to almost zero. We had no leaks, not even drips. My husband took it off after the inspection and put it back on. We had high water pressure again. Then, a day or so later, he started doing the same thing. We repeated that above. Every time we pull it out, we have good pressure again. Then, after 24-36 hours, the pressure drops to almost zero. I will just buy a higher quality regulator and avoid this company's products in the future.
