The AP60 Pro looks very well built and very compact. The controls are intuitive, and the buttons are relatively easy to operate even with large hands. Transferring music and playlists to your device is very easy with direct copy or through a media manager like JRiver MC24. I have used both this player and the AP60 II. My only reservations are the screen (very easy to scratch) and HIDIZS technical support. The user manual is very sparse, it does not contain FAQs to solve questions/problems, and HIDIZS technical support staff are unable to answer many questions. For some reason the vendors of many Hi=Res players don't address the issue of external playlist support. This can be very frustrating, especially if you are in an iTunes environment and use playlists extensively. From my own testing I can safely say that both the AP60II and AP60 Pro support m3u playlists. Most FiiO players and some Shanling players also support external playlists. There are some specific formatting restrictions that I have provided to HIDIZS. I hope they find it appropriate to include the information in their user guide or FAQ.
