Review on πŸ‘” Whitmor GRADE A Natural Wood Suit Hangers: Premium Set of 16 for Organized Wardrobes by Peter Caw

QUALITY REDUCED

================ UPDATED REVIEW ================= Quality is gone Low. I've ordered 4-5 of these sets over the past three years and may have received a temple with a slightly raw, rough edge. Nothing worth mentioning in my previous review. Those were my hangers so this month I decided to buy two more sets for another closet. Both sets arrived terribly unfinished with rough surfaces. The suit hanging bars were completely untouchable. They also had an odor that didn't exist before. I thought maybe I just got a bad shipment so I came back for a replacement. The replacement arrived today with the same quality issues. Of the four sets (including interchangeable parts), only two were complete enough to hang clothes on. The sticks feel cheap and brittle compared to the hard, smooth sticks in all my previous orders. === For what you pay these are great sturdy hangers. I keep coming back to order more to replace the existing wooden hangers I have. I don't like contour temples and these are not contoured. Contour hangers let your clothes breathe a little more, but they also take up more space, and real estate in my closet just gets more valuable every time. They are straight and I love how they line up and hang so neatly in the closet. Of the four sets I've bought over the past few years, almost all are very sleek and well made. There are a few rare exceptions, but nothing that would rip my clothes. I just don't hang chiffon or silk blouses on these hangers. My heaviest coat is a long hooded waterproof coat, not very thick and heavy but the hanger holds it up with no problems.
