Highly recommended for hand and wrist orthotics

In December I had to work when I had to lift a box full of papers, it wasn't that hard but the combination of weight, speed and like me it picked up hurt my left arm i felt a lot of pain right away when i went to the doctor they said it could be a problem with my tendons they gave some ibuprofen and said it would take a while but it would be fine i i waited a few weeks but just when i thought my problem was gone i woke up again with a swollen tendon so i decided to buy sleeping gloves which can help with my problem. First I bought a cheap version of compression gloves, a bad solution didn't work, they broke the first time I put them on. I use Imak beaded gloves at work to support my wrist while using the mouse and I love it so I decided to look for gloves of the same brand but in a different style. I wanted gloves that would protect my wrist at night when I had no control over my posture, I found this splint. As soon as I opened the box I saw a big difference from my first purchase, the glove material is soft but has a hard band on the outside of the hand, there is a nice cushion in the inside of the hand that will mold over time to the shape of your hand over time, like a footstool. it also helps me with numb fingers in the morning. I was 33 years old when I was pregnant and for the first time in my life my fingers went numb due to the carpal tunnel. I don't have any major carpal tunnel problems but I could see that I might be more prone to developing a problem. I decided to buy a second glove, now I sleep with a glove in each hand every night, I wake up with a rested wrist and wake up great to start other work, i usually type in front of the computer all day. I hope this information is helpful. I highly recommend this product for the stated purpose.
